When speaking of hospitality, people have very high standards. Even if you have the very best hotel in Philadelphia it will not make a difference if you can't establish to your customers that they are important to you. Every faculty member that you employ has to be happy to take the individual whims of each one walking through the door into consideration. If they don't do a good job of presenting the business then it can be in dire straights soon.
Proper training is important in the hospitality industry. Those that aren't up to par shouldn't be working in it. If they have the right idea about what is expected of them though most will do a remarkable job. Don't assume they know or leave things open to interpretation. Of course there are situations that come up that they will not know how to deal with. When that comes about they need to have a chain of command to go through in order to get a resolution that that client is going to be happy with.
There are various hotels to choose from, and most of them offer similar prices and accommodations in Philadelphia. In order for the hospitality industry public relations to work effectively, it has to be continually updated and adapted. If they need something like extra towels in their room it shouldn't be complicated to get. It also should be taken care of immediately because their time is important.
